Tracey-Lee Rainers

Tracey-Lee Rainers is an international story consultant, story developer and co-founder of Johannesburg based Story Oasis. With over 16 years experience across film and television, she shapes compelling African live-action and animation narratives. Her highlights include serving as Creative Executive for Triggerfish Studios, story editing box-office genre features for the Burnt Onion slate, winning first place at the 2024 Content London Drama Series Pitch and mentoring as development practitioner on 30 shorts with Zinc Pictures. A dedicated story mentor, Tracey-Lee frequently collaborates with prestigious global incubators, including the UNESCO Triggerfish Lab, Realness Institute’s CPI and Botswana Ignite StoryLab.
