Renee van Reenen

Renee is a filmmaker and director who has been working with advertising agencies and clients creating commercials and online content for the past seventeen years. She has always been passionate about films and commercials, with a particular interest in horror and the power of genre in general. She has won local and international awards for her commercial work including a Loerie and a The One Show Award. Renee is currently freelancing as director and visual researcher while branching out into more long-form work. She is currently pitching an animated horror anthology and has just written her first feature film horror script.
