Miranda Ntshangase is a South African businesswoman, executive leader and one of the country’s leading advocates for the professionalisation of the film, television and performing arts industry. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Star Quality Management and Star Quality Creative Arts College, alongside business partner Zinzi Zungu, Miranda has spent the past fourteen years helping build one of South Africa’s most respected talent development ecosystems. Together, they have grown Star Quality from a boutique talent management agency into a fully integrated organisation spanning artist representation, accredited education, workforce development, industry consulting and career acceleration for creative professionals. With more than 20 years of experience as a talent agent, Miranda has represented actors, presenters and television personalities across South Africa’s entertainment industry, negotiating contracts, managing careers and developing long-term relationships with broadcasters, production companies, brands and industry stakeholders. Today, Miranda’s primary focus is executive leadership —driving organisational strategy, governance, operational excellence and sustainable growth across both Star Quality businesses. She leads initiatives that strengthen industry partnerships, expand educational opportunities and create meaningful employment pathways for emerging creatives.
