Marion is a cultural manager, consultant, and facilitator committed to safer, more equitable spaces across film, culture, and the NGO sector. She advises international organisations, curates and mentors globally, leads #DocSafe, and is a certified coach. Currently producing her first documentary she is also a co-founder of DAE (202024), serves on the NAAS board, is a PFI member, and co-founded DOX BOX e.V.
