Mr. Makakatlela (Mak) Mogoba has been the head of Gauteng Film Commission (GFC) core industry programs as Acting Executive: Partnerships, Industry and Special Projects at the, where he oversees the Industry Support & Development and Marketing, Communications business units. He has been with the GFC for the past 10 years, during which he has also led Strategy and Stakeholder Management, within the CEO Office. With more than 25 years of experience in the ICT and multimedia sectors, Mak has extensive experience in industry development, strategic planning, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and has completed the Management Advancement Programme (MAP), both from Wits Business School. Mak has enrolled in an international MBA from University of Massachusetts.
