Lara has worked across Africa’s creative sectors for over 20 years. From the promotion and marketing of artists; the production and development of creative events and film festivals, to her more recent her work as an organiser of the flagship events of the CANEX programme of (Afreximbank). Lara has also consistently focused gender equality and representation, namely through her work as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Ladima Foundation.
