Gogo Lindy Dlamini is a sangoma – a traditional healer called by the ancestors to bridge the seen and unseen – and a former apartheid activist who spent her youth on the frontlines of the liberation struggle. She carries both identities with equal weight, and it is precisely that combination that makes her one of the most compelling voices in this film.
