Frampton Pillay

Frampton Pillay is an Operational Specialist at SARS with 24 years of experience across multiple areas of the organisation. His broad institutional knowledge supports his current responsibility for managing SARS’s engagement with tax practitioners in KwaZulu-Natal and assisting stakeholder segments that include government entities and MSMEs. His previous roles in tax consultancy, facilitation and staff education have further strengthened his expertise in taxation and stakeholder engagement. He holds qualifications in Advanced Taxation, Tax Law and Principles of Taxation. Outside work, he enjoys playing golf and padel.
