With over a decade of experience shaping award-winning African content, she is regarded as a strategic architect of premium storytelling with both commercial precision and global ambition. A creative entrepreneur, founder, producer, and trusted story consultant, Flavia leads her production company FMM, partnering with broadcasters, streamers, studios, and independent creators to develop, produce, and strategically position bold African narratives for local international markets. In 2025, she joined Both Worlds as Development Executive and Creative Producer, where she drives the company’s creative vision across development, production, and post-production. She leads end-to-end creative strategy from concept and world-building to execution while shaping innovative storytelling mediums such as vertical and micro-drama formats designed for evolving global audiences. Previously, as Senior Manager: Scripted Series at MultiChoice and Showmax, Flavia spearheaded landmark productions across mass-market and streaming platforms, delivering record-breaking, culturally resonant series engineered for scale, retention, and impact. A co-founder and former board member of Sisters Working in Film and Television (SWIFT), she remains committed to advancing equity and excellence across the global screen industries.
