IDAA is a non-profit organization established in 2022 that implements policies and programs for the transformation, equality, economic, cultural, and educational development and growth of film and TV directors and DOPs in South Africa, regardless of gender and colour. As per IDAA’s mission, another goal of the podcast is to provide access to information, opportunities and resources to people who might otherwise be excluded because of colour, gender, or otherwise lack access to information and/or resources.
