Neiloe Whitehead cut her teeth in the production and development department of the National Film and Video Foundation. She completed the 2022 Realness/Netflix lab for development execs.

She is an experienced scriptwriter who has written on shows like uBettina Wethu, the South African changed format of Ugly Betty amongst many others. She is passionate about story development and as a script editor she has worked with funds like the National Film and Video Foundation and KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission.

She is co-owner of Black Seed Film Hub, a black female led production company. She has directed a short film, pilot for a format series and is in pre-production with her second short film.
