Johannesburg artist Natalie Paneng fuses theatre craft and self taught digital skills to build surreal installations, performances, and VR works spotlighting alternative Black womanhood. A Wits BA (Hons) alum, she’s shown at Eigen + Art, Stevenson, Kunsthalle Bremen, JAG, Javett, MUTEK, and IDFA (Trifecta prize 2023). Studio Quantum & Gasworks residencies deepen her sci-art-spirit exploration.
