Matseliso is a historian, writer, and cultural practitioner. Her research focuses on African liberation & cultural history and visual archives in the everyday. Her PhD project “The Making of Mohlouoa Ramakatane’s Photographic Archive, 1950s-Present,” explores Black subjectivity in African photographic collections.
