Having initially served as the Head of Legal Services and the SAHRC, which oversaw the execution of the protection mandate of the institution, as the Manager for Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement at the FPB, responsibilities include the development of regulations, monitoring compliance and enforcement of the provisions of the Films and Publications Act and its Regulations.
