Thandi has spent over 25 years working across the media industry. She began her career in PR and moved on to produce for live TV broadcast, worked in the print media industry and with the United Nations to deliver major events. She is an award-winning marketer and ran her own marketing agency that included various multinational clients. She served as Africa Regional Director for Fox International Channels. She is a founding partner and Executive Producer at StoryScope producing content for BBC, SABC, Kyknet, Netflix, CGTN etc. Thandi serves as Co-Chair of the Independent Producers Organisation, and on the boards of the Durban Film Mart and the Lionel Ngakane Foundation.
