ENRICO CHIESA
BIO
Enrico Chiesa is Italian & French, he is in charge of cinema-fiction at the Francophone Fund (OIF) and coordinates Clap ACP, a programme designed for strengthening the coproduction of films & series between ACP countries (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific). He was a distributor of African films & series for 10 years : mobiCINE mobile screenings, AfricaFilms.tv VOD venture, 15 YouTube channels. Before that, he managed Majestic Cinemas (50 screens owned by arthouse distributor Bac Films), the CICAE (International Confederation of Art Cinemas, 3,000 screens) and the Technical Team of the Euromed Audiovisual II programme. He has given classes at the Fémis cinema school of Paris, and has seated in a few festival jurys and reading committees (Toronto HotDocs…). Enrico CHIESA graduated from HEC business school and worked 10 years in marketing & consulting. He has lived in France, Spain, Dominican Republic, Italy, Argentina and Senegal.
