Tutu is the Divisional Executive responsible for Agriculture and Services (including Media, ICT, Healthcare and Tourism) at the Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”). His primary responsibilities include providing strategic and investment direction to the said business units towards achieving the developmental mandate of the IDC.
