Mr. Joseph Dlamini  has  qualifications in heritage resource management in museum. He has 24 years of experience in the audio-visual archiving industry. Currently employed as Assistant Director: Legal Deposit at the National Film, Video and Sound Archives at the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture.

Chairperson of the Legal Deposit Technical Committee. Served in various roles within the Archives that include being an executive  member of the South African Society of Archivist. Have acquired more knowledge in the audio-visual  documentary knowledge.
